Senior Full-Stack Engineer - Family Safety Platform

• Design and implement scalable backend services for real-time geolocation and family safety features • Build robust APIs for emergency SOS systems with instant notification capabilities • Develop geo-fencing services and location-based alert systems • Create secure family communication and social networking features • Implement local events discovery and community engagement platforms • Build responsive frontend applications with React and Next.js for family dashboards • Collaborate with mobile teams to ensure seamless cross-platform experiences • Implement advanced security measures and privacy controls for family data • Design and optimize database schemas for high-performance location data • Build real-time notification systems for safety alerts and family updates • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical architecture decisions • Participate in code reviews and maintain high code quality standards

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with focus on real-time systems • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js • Experience with real-time technologies (WebSockets, Socket.io, Server-Sent Events) • Knowledge of geolocation services, mapping APIs, and location-based systems • Experience with database design and optimization (PostgreSQL/MySQL) for location data • Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization • Experience with message queues and event-driven architecture • Understanding of security best practices and privacy regulations (GDPR, COPPA) • Experience with testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring systems • Knowledge of mobile backend development and API design • Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
