Senior React Native Developer

• Develop and maintain high-performance React Native applications for iOS and Android • Implement real-time geolocation tracking and mapping features using native APIs • Build emergency SOS systems with instant notification capabilities • Create geo-fencing functionality for family safety and location-based alerts • Develop local events discovery features with location-based filtering • Implement secure messaging and family communication tools • Integrate with backend APIs for real-time data synchronization • Optimize app performance for battery efficiency during location tracking • Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless user experiences • Implement push notifications for safety alerts and family updates • Ensure app security and privacy compliance for family data protection • Write comprehensive tests and maintain code quality standards • Mentor junior mobile developers and contribute to mobile architecture decisions

• 5+ years of React Native development experience with published apps • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and mobile development best practices • Extensive experience with native iOS and Android development (Swift/Kotlin) • Deep knowledge of geolocation APIs, mapping services (Google Maps, Apple Maps) • Experience with real-time features using WebSockets, Socket.io, or similar • Knowledge of push notification services (FCM, APNs) and background processing • Understanding of mobile security best practices and data encryption • Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, or Context API) • Familiarity with mobile CI/CD pipelines and app store deployment processes • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for mobile applications • Experience with offline-first architecture and data synchronization • Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
